Do we offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe and the United States. Please note that duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient and are dependent on each country's duties and taxes.
When will my order arrive?
Please be aware that processing time could take between 1 - 2 working days. * Place your order by 2 PM GMT (Mon-Fri) for same day processing when selecting Next Day Delivery.

All orders purchased on the weekend and public/bank holidays will be processed on the following working day. If you place an order on a public/bank holiday you may experience slight delays with your delivery.
All UK standard orders are dispatched using a tracked service via Royal Mail to ensure you receive your order safely.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/text message from Royal Mail with your tracking number.
I have not received my order
If you have not received your delivery within the estimated delivery date and you have tried to track your item with the service provided, please contact us at support@houseofkarafi.com.
Shipping Policy
If your order has been shipped but our delivery partners have failed to deliver, your order could be lost in transit. If your tracking has been marked as delivered but you have not received your parcel your order could also be deemed as lost.
If you have not received your parcel you will need to contact our customer service team via email on support@houseofkarafi.com so we can look into this. If we suspect your parcel is in fact lost we will need to raise a claim with the courier service. Claims can take up to 30 days to process from the point of us recognising that the parcel is lost. Once the claim has been submitted this can take up to 30 days to conclude. During the claims process, we will be unable to resend your order or issue you a refund. Once a claim has been concluded we will only be able to take action based on the outcome of the claim. The outcome of the claim is a final decision and cannot be overridden.
We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total only (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label. If you would like your item to be resent you will need to pay for re-delivery.
