Return Policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges, for sanitary purposes. All sales are final. This includes ALL jewellery.

Once an order is placed we do not cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

 

Faulty items

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please provide appropriate images of the product within 7 days of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry at support@houseofkarafi.com. If you fail to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a full refund for your order.

 

Warranty

For the purchase of an original House of Karafi piece, you will receive a warranty card. We recommend to safely store the card as it guarantees the purchase date and authenticity of your jewellery, covering manufacturing defects for 1 year worldwide. Please, email us at support@houseofkarafi.com with your unique reference at the back of your card along with a photo of your jewellery piece. 

Currently warranty applies to the following pieces: Nsaa Waist Chain.
