Shipping and Pre-Order Policy

To ensure customers can still purchase items that are temporarily unavailable, our store operates a pre-order system.

Pre-Orders
If an item is currently out of stock, it will be made available for purchase on a pre-order basis. This allows you to secure the item while we restock it.

Processing & Dispatch Time
Any items placed on pre-order will typically be processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery window, as restocking times may vary.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If an order contains more items than are currently available in stock (for example, 2 items are purchased but only 1 is currently in stock), the following will apply:

  • The available in-stock items will be shipped first.
  • The remaining items on pre-order will be shipped at a later date, once they become available.
  • No additional shipping cost will be charged for the second shipment.

Requesting Combined Shipping
If you would prefer all items in your order to be shipped together once everything is available, please contact us after completing your order by email and notify us of this request. Our team will ensure that your order is held and dispatched together at a later date.
